charged for calls not made, no consideration given as to history, or reasoning, Its not the money, its the principle.
I have had horrible service from Centry Link and Embarqmail before that.....they are the worst and do not care how you feel or that they provide horrible service. I have been waiting 3 days for a tech to come out and fix or replace my modem that has not work properly since I first got it with embarq. Long hold time, no answers, can't reach a supervisor, say they will be there...no show, no call no nothing just take your money and run. Beware of Centry Link and use someone else if you have that option. They are the only DSL in my area so I am stuck with them and their horrible service. I am sitting here and still waiting for the tech that was to be here 2 days ago. As a RN I have to wonder if they were sick and needed care of some sort if I could just show up whenever. It unbelievable
your service is outrageous. i have called numerous days, gone through hours of automated voice systems, spoken to people i cant hear or don't understand in the phillipines and maybe other countries? and completely wasted my time and energy trying to get a phone repair done. I have been asked the same questions 10 times, been transferred repeatedly to the wrong departments, etc. until I am absolutely screaming to try and get my phone repaired. Shame on any of you in corporate headquarters for allowing your company to be run this way. If I had another option for home phone service I would leave you immediately.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have to call every month when I get a disconnect notice. I NEVER get a paper statement but the disconnect notice. I call and the rude collections, supervisors and customer service people don't hear me. They just read their scripts and repeat what they are told to say. There is no customer retention and they don't care. Good Bye Century Link. You have lost yet another customer.
