The customer service at Natick mall is horrible. Not to mention accommodations for allergies. The women at tge counter didnt help just handed me a book list witg info. So i can jyst do her job. Then when i asked to talj to a chef or manager woykd get them or even call them over. My daughter is allergic. To diary n soy & im breast feeding.
With the system changes that have been made I can no longer find items that I know are on the menu (steak and cheese is one of them). Also, the kids menu is no longer included on the site unless it's buried where I couldn't find it. Finally, when I tried to repeat a previous order it told me the items I always order (tuna, meatball, etc.) are no longer available. Is the site down?
