Today, 10/8/13, I spoke with your customer service representative Debbie. She has put my mind at complete rest regarding this problem I have been having. I actually feel very secure with everything now because I know that this scam artist will not get his money. Yesterday I spoke with Samantha who was a great help in making be feel better to stop payment on check #4340 dated 10/4/13 in the amount of $1600.00. Well, today is another day with more concerns, I was scammed and at my age should have known better. Today, of course, I am worried again and would like to request stop payment on any check in the amount of $1600.00. This is the only check I have written for that amount against my credit card. So, please humor an old lady and stop this $1600.00. Thank you so much for your assitance at First National Bank of Omaha. It has been my pleasure to know that you are there for your customers.
