DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR EASY RETURN POLICY! After waiting for over one and half hours inthe return line and staring at the return sign that read: NO RECEIPT = NO PROBLEM. Finally after 90 minutes it was my turn to betaken care of. They said “I am sorry we can’t return the itemsunless every item is in the original box and sealed” I said “well I am in luckbecause all my furniture I want to return is unopened.” Then they said “Only items that are not discontinuedcan be returned” After checking on my returned items they appeared to not be discontinued. Well, now they are starting to run out ofexcuses not to take back my items. Thensome guy from customer service said we reserve the right not to take back anyitem and this applies to you. I said what happened to the return policy andthe sign that clearly says NO RECEIPT = NO PROBLEM. He says but read the fine print which says wereserve the right to not honor that policy. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! They haveno problems taking your money and selling you crap and when it comes toreturning it forget it. Unless you are returninga plant or one piece of furniture don’t expect them to take back multiple items. Gosh if you bought a closet or kitchen youwould be Fu*ked! Thousands of dollarsspent with the false promise of no worry returns. Thisstore is nothing like Home Depot, Costco, Sam’s Club or even Walmart whichstands behind their promises. FOOL MEONCE SHAME ON YOU, FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME. LESSON LEARNED! BE WARNED STAYFAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! DON’T BELIEVETHEIR REFUND POLICY!
