I HAVE BEEN WITH YOUR COMPANY SINCE SEPTEMBER AND SO FAR EVERY MONTH I DONT RECIEVE A BILL I JUST RECIEVE A PINK SLIP FOR DISCONNECTION NOTICE I AM A VERY UPSET CUSTOMER LAST MONTH I HAD TO PAY YALL THREE TIMES AND YALL STILL TURNED OFF OUR ELECTRICITY PLEASE CALL ME BACK AT 361 2186171

I have been already contacted by a collection agency.  I just signed up with just energy and service was to start around May 4th, 2012 and I haven't received a bill,  I counld understand one bill getting lost, but not to receive two bills,  nothing at all from your company, not even a contract.  Now,,,, I have been put on hold and told the wait time was 15 min. after the 15 min. the time went to 20 min.  Why can't I talk to a customer rep.  I can't go online to pay my bill, because I DON'T have an acct. number to pay my bill.  My name is Robert Perrard and apparently my last name is NOT even right in your billing system.  My address is 24707 Hwy. 90-A, Lissie, Texas  77454
