Can't speak with a human-all automated. The driver that delivers in Las Vegas,NV THROWS the packages from the street to the front door! Does this every time & it's been going on for months! My entire neighborhood has it on security cams & we've emailed OnTrac several times. They say they will file complaints against the driver-nothing improves. We're recommending to all the merchants to stop using this inferior service!
Out of 6 shipments sent to me via OnTrac over the past 90 days, exactly ZERO arrived on time. I returned each and every one of these late shipments to the retailer and purchased the products elsewhere. OnTrac's website always shows "out for delivery" on the due date but it is a complete lie. When I call OnTrack and speak to a human (usually after a 20-40 minute wait) I learn that the shipment is NOT, in fact, "out for delivery" but it is still in their warehouse with no explanation offered. I just can't understand why ANY first rate online retailer would continues to use Ontrac that is at best a 3rd rate shipper (generous to rank them that high) that offers consistently pathetic service.
My package has been "out for delivery" for 2 days. I'm on the phone waiting for customer service to pick up. They just picked up after Being on hold for 33:17.
