I just purchased my first Rowenta Iron. It says you can register it on line. The site they gave me dors not exist. Can anyone help me? How about customer service phone number? Thanks
I bought a rowenta egg boiler in 1970 and it is still working well. Is this a record?
This is my 3rd iron and they leak from bottom. I bought this one from Bed Bath and Beyond. I like the way they iron, but very unhappy with leakage. What can I do?
Last timethat we have talked about the problem with my new, but already damaged iron, you said that the only thing you could do was give me the contact of aBrazilian representative, since I don´t live in the USA. But, they don´t knowhow to help me, because there aren´t parts to be replaced here.
The pointis, my daughter is going to Miami next week and I would like to know if she cantake with her the iron and come to the store to present it in the customerservice?
I sawactually that it was bought in the Bad, Bath & Beyond and not on Macys, like I had said before. As the iron was bought in February 25 of 2013, thatmeans, it doesn´t have one year yet and also because this serious defect occurredat the third time I was using it, I would like to be compensated by the damageby returning the iron and taking my money back or to have a credit in the storeor at least to be it replaced.
Please, Ihope to hear from you soon, once, I need to instruct my daughter.
Thank youvery much.
