It is always a pleasure to speak with a TX811 agent. They are always upbeat and always going the extra mile to ensure my locate request is being processed accurately and in a timely manner. When I forget to include certain information, I like the fact that my ticket is suspended and I receive an email requesting that information. That lets me know TX811 truly cares about the safety of my crew. You all keep up the great work!

P.S. A word of advice to some of you on here who are having trouble getting a call back. It may be because your posting your phone # in the comments section. Every time I have to call TX811 I use this service and it's worked perfectly every time!

I always get really good customer service and my tickets are never suspended. If i know this is a new area I make sure to either provide a mapsco or GPS coordinates along with directions from a major intersection. For example from the intersection of hwy 35 and I-20 go w for appx 3 miles on I-20 to property on the n side of the rd, go n for appx 300' to work site need a 100' radius. Sure I can find it on the map but im the contractor I have been to the area but Texas811 has never been to the area so you really need to do you homework when submitting tickets. I love Texas811.
I can’t say enough good things about Texas811. They are obviously very good at choosing staff. Texas811 is so nice, calls back on time, very organized and good at answering questions. Agents are always very nice and really professional while doing my line locate rquest. A lot of these agents I have talked to just make this company shine! I also just got the "suspended" message via email! I gave the GPS coordinates AND driving directions, what else can I do?
I am nearly deaf, so consequently I have a very hard time with telephone conversations. It would be so easy for me to submit locates on the internet if not for all the suspended tickets for no reason whatsoever! I am really getting sick of it and may just start calling the pipelines directly for them to mark them. I know where most of them are anyway and you people are no help at all!

Apparently you have some one there who does not know what 1600 ft north is! Do you not realize when you suspend a ticket you cost us many thousands of dollars for no reason!!
Since the system has changed over to include both Texas 811 & Lone Star I have a hard time getting through. I am on hold forever, I get hung up on, sometimes I get an answering machine or a fax machine (from someone working from home?). I do not like this new system.
Very aggravated. I gave GPS coordinates as well as detailed instructions of work area and work being done. I filled the ticket out at least 6 times

Read the Message below. I have the Same comment. My number is on your system . It would take less time and Frustration on my end. At times we need to meet in field and I would gladly give anyone a map with distances and street info. This text thing is for the Birds. You leave no Tell Number to contact a person on your web site or system any where. That is the most frustration part of your web site and system.
